When prayer is not enough...

and why G-d wants us to see a bigger, more accurate picture.

If you’re an abuse survivor, navigating grief, or living with a chronic illness, I hope this episode moves you to action. Prayer is powerful. For those of you that are Jewish or Christian, it’s not just important—it’s essential to our spiritual well-being. But I firmly believe that prayer is meant to complement, not replace, the understanding G-d has given us about how our bodies respond to trauma and how we heal.

For years, I lived under the belief that prayer alone would restore my body. Instead, that mindset kept me trapped in shame and inaction. But G-d has given us insight into our nervous system—how trauma hijacks it, shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

In this episode, I share my journey of breaking free from silence, embracing healing, and finally speaking up. Let’s dive in!
